What's Your Piece of the Red Thread?

In Red Thread Circles, we come together and interweave the common threads of our stories. Circles are held at my home in Port Washington and are for women who wish to gather with others to support, connect and flourish as wonderful wild women. Connecting around a central theme, we discuss and create that which arises, using words, writings, poetry, paint, laughter (and chocolate!) to guide and heal us. This is a place where you are safe to express your thoughts, where you are always enough, where you can "fill your cup" and leave whole and fully supported by your sisters.

We are spiritual but NOT religious

Our circle is a loving presence and filled with laughter and positivity. You will see lit candles, fresh flowers, crystals, and chocolate on the tables along with plenty of art supplies for our monthly projects. We respect all religions and a knowing of a loving Creator/God/Goddess but know each woman in circle holds her own beliefs.

Intentional Creativity in Circle

The first portion of circle is conversation with members, our ceremony and topic discussion. The last hour is for creating something relating to our topic. No skills or experience required, just an open heart.

Come gather with us!

Our theme is Rage of the Feminine

Feed

What is shaming you?

This gathering is for BRAVE women who acknowledge

hurt and pain in their own lives and the lives of women around the world.

"Name the Shame" and discuss with others

To say "This anger exists, I witness it, I listen, I let go, and I can heal."

I will guide you to:

Deep breathing and dropping into the body

Asking the body where it is holding rage

Listening, feeling, observing, and honoring..

Releasing the pain/anger/rage

Writing about what left the body

Burning a bay leaf and letting go..

Our creative project is to decoupage glass jars!

Cost of gathering: $20 Venmo or cash at door
